Jess Joy

Jess Joy serves as the Communications Coordinator for the School of Media and Music at
Loyola. With a passion for storytelling, she plays a pivotal role in promoting the school’s
innovative programs and engaging with the community.

Joy holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Louisiana State University, where she developed a
strong foundation in multimedia art and communications. Prior to Loyola, she worked as Art
Director of PreSonus Audio Electronics and managed communications for various nonprofits
and women-owned businesses.

Beyond her role in communications, Joy is a passionate musician and multimedia artist. She
has released four albums with her former rock band, Moon Honey, and two solo albums under
her own name. Joy enjoys directing music videos, painting, performing and creating costumes,
and she also serves as the associate director for a local choir.
