J. Michael “Mike” Keyes ’95 (music) becomes partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group in Seattle

J. Michael “Mike” Keyes ’95 (music) has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group in Seattle as a partner. An intellectual property litigation attorney focusing primarily on the areas of trademark infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition, and false advertising, Keyes has litigated matters in federal courts across the United States and also has substantial experience in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Office. He has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on apparel, food, and agribusiness and technology. He also has experience in copyright and trademark counseling and prosecution. Previously, he was a partner at K&L Gates law firm, where he practiced primarily in the Intellectual Property Litigation Group.
