Guitar

Three Loyola School of Music student guitarists perform in Nunemaker Auditorium.

The guitar department at Loyola offers one-on-one lessons with an accomplished professor of guitar, both in jazz and classical concentrations. Guest artists like Manuel Barrueco and Pavel Steidl are brought in for concerts, masterclasses, and workshops for Loyola students. At the end of each semester, guitar students perform in Classical Guitar Night, where students are able to perform collaborative and solo works.
