Box Office Information

The Loyola Presents Box Office is run by the School of Music & Theatre Professions. Tickets can be purchased online here or by calling (504) 865-2105 during regular business hours.

Day of Event:

  • The Box Office opens 30 minutes before showtime.
  • Box Office staff move around campus to be as close to the doors of each venue as possible.

Ticket Policies

Payments
All tickets must be paid for at the time of ordering via cash or credit card. No reservations are taken without payment. Loyola utilizes HomeTown Ticketing, which includes a HomeTown Fan app that can help manage all your tickets to Loyola events (including athletics).

Delivery Options

- Will Call
There is no longer a Will Call option for Loyola ticketed events. Please utilize the HomeTown Fan app, print at home, or ask the Box Office to look up your ticket by name.

- Print at Home
When you purchase your ticket online, you will receive an email with printable PDF tickets. When you arrive at the event, we will be happy to scan your paper. If you purchased discounted tickets, you will need to show the required ID.

- Mobile Tickets
When you purchase your ticket online, you will receive a PDF ticket via email. You can also use the HomeTown Fan app to manage your tickets. When you arrive at the event, we will be happy to scan your phone. If you purchased discounted tickets, you will need to show the required ID.

If you forget to print your tickets or can't find your mobile ticket email, we can look up your purchase and re-print the tickets for you at the Box Office.

Fees

All fees and taxes are included in the price of your ticket. Refunds & Exchanges ALL SALES ARE FINAL, with no refunds unless an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. Tickets for some events with multiple dates can be exchanged for alternate dates by calling or visiting the Loyola Box Office.

Discounts

All discounts must be requested at the time of purchase.

- Senior Citizens
Some events are discounted for persons 65 and older.

- Students
Some events are discounted for students. Discounts are applicable for those in high school and younger and full-time college students with valid ID. Students holding discounted tickets will be asked to present their ID upon admission.

- Children
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket unless otherwise noted. As a courtesy to audience members, please use discretion regarding your child's ability to sit quietly and enjoy a performance.

Misplaced Tickets

Lost or stolen tickets that have been paid for with a credit card may be reprinted by calling (504) 865-2105 or emailing tickets@loyno.edu.
