The Loyola University Music Education Lecture Series brings notable music educators, conductors, composers, and master teachers to campus for presentations on music pedagogy, music teaching and learning. Students and faculty interact, engage, and learn from Music Education Scholars-in-Residence in an environment for studying music teaching and learning. The Music Education Lecture Series is to enrich the intellectual and cultural life of students, faculty, and music teachers in the Greater New Orleans region, and community at large.

Mr. Bower is Enrichment Team Leader, Dolores T. Aaron Academy Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESEA) provides financial assistance to local educational agencies (LEAs) and schools with high numbers or high percentages of children from low-income families to help ensure that all children meet challenging state academic standards.
