Loyola alumnus Jamelle Yahya Adisa (BME ’02) is an in-demand studio musician in the Los Angeles community. As a trumpet player, he is a regular studio performer on television shows like the Voice and American Idol, and his recent album credits include recording with John Legend, Raphael Sadiq, Robin Thicke, and Solange. He serves as composer, arranger, or music producer for a number of film and television projects. He will be speaking to the Loyola Trumpet Studio via Zoom on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 2:30pm, where he will demonstrate the typical workflow for his production projects and share his industry knowledge with the next generation of students.
