Cadillac Crew, written by Tori Sampson, lends voice to the now-silent pioneers of the 1960s Civil Rights Movement. With remarkable insight and unexpected humor, Cadillac Crew reclaims the stories of the forgotten leaders who blazed the trail for desegregation and women’s rights and asks: when will the world be ready to embrace women in all their capacity? Directed by Lauren Turner, Producing Artistic Director of the NOLA-based company No Dream Deferred. She is driven by her interest in equitable, place-based, culturally relevant theatre especially as it pertains to the global south. Her work lives where storytelling, community building, and politics intersect.

Tickets are extremely limited, and only available to the Loyola community in compliance with Unviersity policy regarding guests on campus. You can read more about University COVID guidelines here.

Masks will be required by all audience members throughout the entire performance. Performers will also be masked.

Audiences will be socially distant, sitting 6 feet apart.
